Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the mobile games published by Gánh Games ("we", "us") collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to every game listed in the table below.
Summary
- Our games can be played without an account.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- Game progress and settings are stored on your device.
- We do not show personalised (behavioural) advertising, and our games have no chat.
Information we collect
Stored on your device only. Game progress, settings and in-game currency balances are saved locally on your device. We cannot see this data. Deleting the game deletes it.
Purchases. If a game offers in-app purchases, payment is handled by Apple or Google. We receive a confirmation that a purchase was made, never your card or account details.
Support emails. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to answer you and delete it within 12 months after the conversation ends.
Third-party services. Some games may use third-party services (for example, crash reporting, analytics or advertising). Where they do, the table below names each service and the data it processes. These services only start after any consent required in your region (for example, the consent prompt in the EEA and UK, or Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS).

Children
Our games are designed to be suitable for a general audience, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), we do not show personalised advertising, and our games have no chat or user-to-user communication. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK, US state privacy laws, or Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. Because most data stays on your device, you can delete it by deleting the game. For anything else, email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Support emails are kept for up to 12 months after the conversation ends. We use reasonable technical measures to protect information we hold.
Changes
We will update this page when our games or the services they use change, and change the "Last updated" date above.
